Newark Academy Local Governing Body
Newark Academy has a local governing body whose role is to work with school leaders to monitor progress and ensure all government educational standards are met.
The local governing body consists of 8 members who meet every term for full governor meetings as well as regular governor information evenings. Governors regular visit the school in the normal working day and support and challenge the daily work of the Academy.
