Anti-Bullying Ambassadors
Our Wellbeing and Anti-Bullying Ambassador sits within our Student Leadership team. Their responsibility within this role is centred around enhancing a culture of safety, understanding and compassion whilst empowering our students to be upstanders against bullying behaviours. Our Anti-Bullying Ambassador models and upholds our Work Hard, Be Kind ethos, and stands to support positive change. This includes working collaboratively with our Pastoral Team and being a strong voice for the children and young people within our community.
Our Anti-Bullying Ambassador has received training around safeguarding, recognising the signs of bullying, and understanding the impact that bullying can have upon a young person. They are a role model, a listening ear, and are a face of anti-bullying within our Academy.
