Representation in Notts School Games
On Friday 6th July we took 3 groups of stduents to the Notts school games for three different events. Our annual Boccia leading with Pete Edwards, our year 7 Tag rugby team and a Boccia team had an early start for an exciting day to Nottingham Trent University.
The Year 7 girls Tag rugby team played really well drawing their first game against West Bridgeford, with a win and a loss in the next games we unfortunitly did not get through the group stages but a great experience for all those who attended.
The Boccia team who had not played together as a team before played some great games coming 8th overall.
Our amazing Sports Leaders did us proud on the Leadership front by officiating and organising the Primary and Secondary competitions. A very warm day ended with our brilliant students trying their best in all the sports we represented.
