Sports Leadership Academy at Newark Academy

'National Sports Leadership Academy of the year 2014'

Our Nationally recognised Sports Leadership Academy offers students the chance to start out on the pathway of leading in a sporting environment. Some students will have completed different Sports Leadership activities at their primary school and we encourage them to speak to the PE department about becoming involved with our Leadership Academy.

Students from year 8 through to year 13 can undertake leveled qualifications through Sports Leaders UK.

Sports Leadership qualifications

Level 1 - Year 8 and 9 students

Level 2 - Year 9 and 10 students

Level 3 - Year 12 and 13 students
